Keep your store. Add a clinic.

Shopify sells; Embed Care treats. Your product page hands the patient to a visit under your brand — intake, licensed clinician, compliant billing, pharmacy delivery — and your existing cart keeps selling everything else.

Your cart keeps selling everything else

The buy button can't sell a prescription. It doesn't have to.

A prescription doesn't exist until a licensed clinician reviews the patient — so no cart, on any platform, can legally sell one. The right split: your store is the marketing and audience layer, and the medical funnel runs on Embed Care.

Your cart keeps selling

  • Supplements and OTC products
  • Merch, memberships, bundles
  • Your checkout, your processor, unchanged

The visit handles the rest

  • Rx programs — GLP-1s, peptides, hormones
  • Licensed clinician review before anything ships
  • Compliant billing rails and pharmacy fulfillment

Three ways to connect it

Start with a link this week, embed the intake when you want fewer clicks, and let the native sync deepen it from there.

Link out to your care storefront

Your product page stays the ad; the button becomes “Start your visit.” It leads to your branded storefront — same logo, colors, and, on your own care subdomain, the same domain family. UTMs pass through, so your attribution survives the hop.

Embed the intake on your page

Two lines of code drop the medical intake into any page or theme section. The patient starts the visit without leaving your site — checkout for the program happens on compliant billing rails at the end.

On the roadmap

Native app sync

A one-click app install: theme blocks instead of pasted snippets, and leads and program status synced back into your customer records and email flows. It rides on the same Partner API and webhooks that exist today.

Not on Shopify? Same handoff.

The connection is a link or two lines of script — any platform that can render a button can hand a patient to your clinic.

Shopify

Link any product page or theme section to your care storefront — or embed the intake right on the page.

WordPress

Drop the intake snippet into any page, post, or block — no plugin required.

BigCommerce

Point a category tile, banner, or nav link at your care storefront.

WooCommerce

A product tile links out to the visit; your WooCommerce cart keeps everything else.

Wix

Paste the embed snippet into any Wix section, or link a button to your storefront.

Square

Link out from Square Online — the medical side runs on Embed Care.

Store owners ask

Do I have to move my store off Shopify?

No. Your store stays exactly where it is — Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, or Square. The telehealth layer connects to it with a link or an embedded intake; nothing about your existing catalog, theme, or checkout changes.

Why can't I sell prescription programs through my normal checkout?

Two reasons. Clinically, a licensed clinician has to review every patient before a prescription exists — so the button can only start a visit, never add medication to a cart. And mainstream store checkouts aren't set up to process prescription telehealth payments, so program billing runs on Embed Care's compliant rails instead.

What happens to my supplements and other products?

Nothing. OTC products keep selling through your existing cart exactly as they do today. The Rx menu is an additive revenue line that runs alongside it — one brand, two engines.

Does it still look like my brand after the handoff?

Yes. The storefront carries your logo, colors, and name — and can live on your own care subdomain — so the patient experiences one brand from product page to pharmacy delivery.

What data do I get back?

Your partner dashboard shows leads, visits, and program revenue in one place, and the Partner API and webhooks can push status back into your own stack.

Your store already has the audience. Add the clinic.
